Disposable virus sampling tube

Disposable virus sampling tube(1)

Disposable virus sampling tube (non inactivated type)
Introduction:

On the basis of Hank’s, virus stabilizing components such as bovine serum albumin and HEPES are added, which can maintain the activity of virus in a wide temperature range, reduce the decomposition speed of virus and improve the positive rate of virus isolation.

It consists of a swab (not included in the swab free type) and a tube containing preservation solution. Non sterile. Store at room temperature (18 ~ 25 ℃) for 12 months.

Package specification
1. Pipe capacity: 5ml, 10ml
2. Filling capacity in the tube: 2ml (one for one), 3ml (one for two), 6ml (one for five, one for ten)
3. Specification of sampling tube:
5ml: orifice outer diameter 12.0mm ± 0.2mm, orifice inner diameter 9.7mm ± 0.2mm, pipe height 83.9mm ± 0.2mm, capped pipe height 90.6mm ± 0.2mm
10ml: orifice outer diameter 17.9mm ± 0.2mm, orifice inner diameter 14.0mm ± 0.2mm, tube height 96.4mm ± 0.2mm, capped tube height 97.5mm ± 0.2mm
Usage method
1. Fully mix the reagent before sampling.
2. Wear gloves and take samples at corresponding parts with sampling swab according to different sampling requirements.
3. Put the swab into the preservation solution and break it from the breaking point.
4. Tighten the tube cover and mark the relevant sample information on the label of the sampling tube.
Matters needing attention
1. It is forbidden to directly contact the sampled liquid with the collected personnel.
2. It is forbidden to infiltrate the swab with sampling solution before sampling.
3. This product is a disposable product, which is only used for the collection, transportation and preservation of clinical virus samples. It cannot be used beyond the expected purpose.
4. The product shall not be used after the expiration date or the product package is damaged.
5. When collecting virus samples, professionals should strictly follow the sampling procedures; When the specimen is tested, it should be operated in a laboratory that meets the safety level.
6. The specimens shall be transported to the corresponding laboratory within 48 hours after collection, and the storage temperature shall be 2 ~ 8 ℃; If it cannot be delivered to the laboratory within 48 hours, it shall be stored at – 70 ℃ or below, and the collected samples shall be delivered to the corresponding laboratory within 1 week. Specimens should avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Disposable virus sampling tube II (inactivated type)
Introduction:
The collection tube contains virus lysis and virus nucleic acid preservation solution, which contains high concentration guanidine salt and nucleic acid stabilizer. After the collected virus sample is fully mixed with it, the virus (or other pathogens) will be rapidly cracked to release nucleic acid. The nucleic acid stabilizer in the liquid can protect the released nucleic acid (RNA or DNA) from the degradation of RNase and DNase. The sample processed by this sampling tube can be used for subsequent nucleic acid extraction, and is compatible with magnetic bead extraction, column membrane extraction and other extraction methods.
It consists of a swab (not included in the swab free type) and a tube containing preservation solution. Non sterile. Stored at 2 ~ 35 ℃, the validity period is 12 months.
After sampling, the viral nucleic acid in the sampling tube can be stored at room temperature for 1 week and at 4 ℃ for one month. If it needs to be stored for a longer time, please put it at – 80 ℃.

Package specification
1. Pipe capacity: 5ml, 10ml
2. Filling capacity in the tube: 2ml (one for one), 3ml (one for two), 6ml (one for five, one for ten)
3. Specification of sampling tube:
5ml: orifice outer diameter 12.0mm ± 0.2mm, orifice inner diameter 9.7mm ± 0.2mm, pipe height 83.9mm ± 0.2mm, capped pipe height 90.6mm ± 0.2mm
10ml: orifice outer diameter 17.9mm ± 0.2mm, orifice inner diameter 14.0mm ± 0.2mm, tube height 96.4mm ± 0.2mm, capped tube height 97.5mm ± 0.2mm

Usage method
1 sample collection
Collect samples according to the regulations of clinical laboratory sample collection.
2 virus sample cleavage and virus nucleic acid preservation
2.1 swab samples
2.1.1 keep the sampling tube upright, unscrew the cover and be careful to prevent the liquid in the tube from overflowing.
2.1.2 insert the front end of the swab collected into the preservation tube, break the front end of the swab into the preservation tube along the indentation, tighten the cover and mix it upside down for 5 times.
2.2 serum, plasma, alveolar lavage fluid, virus culture and other samples
2.2.1 keep the sampling tube upright, unscrew the cover and be careful to prevent the liquid in the tube from overflowing.
2.2.2 add ≤ 500ul sample into the tube, tighten the cover and mix it upside down for 5 times.

Matters needing attention
1. The conditions, time and volume of samples are important variables to obtain reliable results. Please follow the clinically recommended sample collection guidelines.
2. This product should be used in combination with diagnostic kit or diagnostic instrument.
3. After the sample is added to the product, the virus can be inactivated and the virus nucleic acid can be released to complete the virus lysis operation. The samples stored with this product do not need to be lysed, but only need nucleic acid purification. In particular, it is not applicable to the operation steps that require high-speed centrifugation of the stored samples to remove the supernatant (the cleaved nucleic acid already exists in the supernatant), and a large amount of nucleic acid will be lost. Such centrifugation steps can be omitted and directly enter the steps of nucleic acid adsorption, washing and elution.
4. The guanidine salt and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in this product will precipitate and affect the subsequent extraction. Do not mix it with the solution containing SDS.
